Purpose being the key word as that is exactly what he talks about in this episode. Matthew describes the scientific way we solidify and hold onto emotions and traumas and how we can learn to access them in a safe manner that leads us to long term healing and puts us on our path to purpose.
Both a model and a prominent dating and life coach, he attracted additional media attention when he began dating Glee star Lea Michele in the summer of 2014. Since that relationship ended in 2016 Matthew has devoted his life to personal development and helps others find fulfillment in their own lives, relationships and careers.
