Noah Kingery, 250 plus pounds at the tine, was dangling his feet off of the ledge of his downtown Los Angeles penthouse, completely intoxicated and his body full of heavy duty pain killers. It was in that moment Noah's life became the most important thing to him. It was those hours of being in the heart of darkness he found the gift in it all. Noah has since lost over 150 pounds, is now six years sober, and helps other obese individuals battle their darkness on their journey back to wellness and fulfillment.
